It has gone from everything working great to not being able to burn a DVD. Is that CD working in other drives? There are many programs atlva for purchase that you can use to burn a DVD. Question about QPS Que! You can try updating your burning software,and reinstalling the drive through device manager.
Atiav on Jan 02, You can't post answers that contain an email address. Click on the arrow to view the rest of the menu and select DVD. Then you better replace the drive if it is under warranty.
